Peter Williamson's Last Will
In the name of God I, Peter Williamson do make this my last
Will and Testament this the 26th day of August, A.D. 1867. After
all my lawful debts are paid, I bequeath to Maria, my wife, all
of my real estate during her lifetime and at her death to be
divided between my two sons. My son Thomas Jefferson to have one
third of said real estate and my son Friend Everett to have the
two thirds of my real estate. I give also all of my personal
property to Maria, my wife, and I appoint Maria, my wife, as my
Executrix, to settle and pay all just claims against my estate
and also to collect all just and lawful claims coming to my
estate.
In Testimony whereof I affix the following signature.

On motion is ordered that process be directed to the Sheriff
of Tyler County requiring him to summon Maria Williamson widow
of Peter Williamson, deceased, Thomas Jefferson Williamson and
William Williamson, guardian ad litem to Friend Everett
Williamson, infant child of the said Peter Williamson, deceased,
and all other persons interested, to appear in the Recorder's
Office of Tyler County, on Monday the 10th day of January, 1870
to show cause why a paper writing bearing date the 26th day of
August, 1867 purporting to be the Will of Peter Williamson,
deceased, offered for Probate by Maria Williamson, Executrix,
should not be admitted to record.

The process issued directed to the Sheriff of Tyler County
requiring him to summon Maria Williamson, widow of Peter
Williamson, deceased, Thomas Jefferson Williamson, and William
Williamson, guardian ad litem to Friend Everett Williamson,
infant child of the said Peter Williamson, deceased, and all
other persons interested, to appear in the Recorder's Office of
Tyler County, on the present day to show cause why a paper
writing bearing date the 26th day of August, 1867 purporting to
be the Will of Peter Williamson, deceased, offered for Probate
by Maria Williamson, Executrix, should not be admitted to
record, having been returned by the said Sheriff duly executed
and no person appearing to show cause against the said Will and
the persons subscribing the same as witnesses failing to appear,
it is therefore ordered that the matter of the Probate of said
Will be continued until such time as the persons subscribing the
same as witnesses can be brought in to make oath thereto.

The last Will of Peter Williamson, deceased was proved by the
oath of Andrew Smith, one of the subscribing witnesses to the
same, and the said Will was continued for other and further
proof.

Clerk's Office of the County Court of Tyler County, West
Virginia
April 11th, 1888.
The last Will of Peter Williamson, deceased, was this day
fully proved by the oath of William Williamson, another
attesting witness to the same, and thereupon the said Will was
admitted to record as and for the Last Will and Testament of the
said Peter Williamson, deceased.
