The couple is  William Washington Dillon and his wife Ethel Jane White.
They married March 8 1903 (guessing pic was taken between 1903 & 1910)
He was born in Monroe Co, OH Mar 16 1873 and his parents had  moved to Tyler
Co by 1880 according to census records. He died Nov 30 1959 in Ohio at a
son's home.
She was born in Booher, Tyler Co  Jan 1 1886 and died 27 Jan 1919 from the
Spanish Influenza, at the age of 33.
They are both buried in Victory Cemetery on Indian Creek.
