In memory of my late father Jasper Lycans Sr.. Who worked over forty years in the mines starting as young teen in the 20's. He suffererd numorous close calls as many of his coworkers did before being forced to retire do to the effects of black lung. My father worked for a number of years for the Youngstown Mineing Co. at Dehue, Logan ,County WV.. Jasper passed away in 1989. He is sadly missed by his children.
